I had my first appointment at the Westminster location a week ago. The office staff were kind and helpful from the first call and throughout my entire appointment. I was seen promptly and felt my exams (both hearing and general ENT exam) were thorough. Dr. Beatty was clear in his diagnosis, treatment plan, and was also very reassuring in the prognosis. I have already recommended this practice to two friends.
So appreciate staff ! I had trouble finding office and they were so helpful on directing me . I was 1/2 hour late and still they fit me in 🙌. Great atmosphere and staff happy people!
