I have been going to get my nails done for 4 years. The staff is very professional. Van does my mother and my nails. Very happy with the service.
The manager, Rose, is greedy and unprofessional. I am a 20 year customer. I typically tip at least 20%. Rose will schedule an appt with you, but she double books and is always late. Today I had an appointment for 5:15. She booked another lady for the same time. But because I'm a regular, and someone she thinks she can count on, she kept me waiting..... For over 2 hours. .. I was angry..... This was not the first time she has put me on the back burner, because she knows I'm a loyal customer and that I always tip exceptionally... read more
