I placed and paid for an order through the restaurant’s website using Toast. When we arrived at 3:00 PM to pick it up, the doors were locked, even though my payment had already gone through. We called multiple times, but no one answered the phone. If you’re going to accept online orders, your posted hours and ordering system should be accurate, or at the very least someone should be available to assist customers. I’m now left trying to figure out how to get my money back. Very disappointing experience.
Fries were bland. Burger had no flavor, just as bland as the fries. For the price might as well go to a fast food chain instead they will have better taste and better prices.
Not open. Says it was open. It was not open.
Restaurant was dirty. Food was disgusting. I never leave reviews but felt it would be unfair to others considering this food joint. We paid $25 for a Philly that was nasty and cheese fries that was made with the most tasteless, bland cheese and generic potato fries. BEWARE!!! They are out to take your money in exchange for cheap food. We should’ve went to McDonald’s. Disappointed!
