Had my labs collected this a.m. by Mile High Medical Services at the suggestion of my nephrologist. It was great! Had my blood drawn on the couch, took just a few min out of my day, and only $45. The phlebotomist got a vein on the first stick (unusual for me). I'm going to contact them for all my labs in the future as I hate waiting at the lab. Highly recommended!

No posted lunch hours listed in Google or in the company voicemail. I showed up for a blood draw and the door was locked with the lights off (noticeable by a gap under the door). There was nothing listed on the door to indicate that someone had stepped away and/or their estimated return time. I waited in the lobby for 40 minutes (12:50pm to 1:30pm) before giving up.

The staff is very kind and professional and the phlebotomist is gentle! They will draw blood for speciality kits which is very helpful. Also, you can arrange for a phlebotomist come to your home or office. In any case, do set up an appointment in advance.

If I could give this place less than one Star I would. Don’t list business hours on your site and voicemail if you don’t plan on keeping them. I checked before driving all the way across town only to find the door locked and no one would answer the phone. I could hear voices on the other side of the door but when I knocked they didn’t even both to come to the door. Too many other labs in town to have to put up with this type of unprofessional behavior. Go elsewhere if you have a choice.
