Absolutely zero stars. On Saturday, I was placed on hold for nearly an hour and never received assistance. Today, when I called again and provided the VIN number, the representative hung up on me. The background noise was extremely unprofessional, and the representative complained about my inability to hear them. I am appalled by this level of customer service.

I made my appt one month in advance and they sent me a number of reminder emails. When I got there they didn’t have my appt on record, I needed to give them all of my information again, and they didn’t even know what services they were performing for me. An hour and a half into the appt they told me zero of the parts were ordered/available and they could only do the (overpriced) oil change. My experience is reflective of ownership and upper management of Mile High Honda's Parts Department. Every employee I have spoken with has been friendly, kind, and helpful to the best of their ability, however, it is apparent that their abilities are hindered by upper management and ownership.
