I haven’t experienced customer service this good in years. Nick at Mile High Dents went above and beyond every step of the way. From the very beginning, he made the whole process effortless! handled the claim for me, arranged everything with the rental, and I didn’t pay a dime out of pocket. He even returned my car to my house when it was done and took the rental back for me. And the cherry on top? He vacuumed all the dog hair from my back seat (which was no small task). Nicholas and his team were absolutely incredible. I have never had such a positive experience working with a repair company. From start to finish they were professional, responsive, and very timely with the repair. They handled almost everything with the insurance company and made it as easy on me as possible. They did a great job on my 2019 Chevrolet Silverado. All of my hail damage was repaired here. Very nice people. Great customer service. Explain everything in full detail.
Nick stopped by my house.. and while I usually loathe door to door people, I’m so grateful he did. He was approachable and genuine in his interaction with me. He walked me through the whole process and how everything worked. One of the rare instances where it was truly nothing out of pocket (with the exception of the windshield I opted to have replaced also).
