I joined the gym in March. I’m mid forties and out of shape. My first question was do you train out of shape people or only fit people. The answer is they help you wherever you are. The focus on health, mobility and strength is what I needed to get back into fitness and longevity for life. The coaches are great. They help each person individually with whatever they need. The members are friendly and not overly competitive but push each other to do their best. If you’re thinking about it, give it a try.
Since I first started at Mile High CrossFit three years ago (right after the change in ownership) it’s been more than just a gym. Great gym! Coaches are super knowledgeable, workouts are challenging, and people are great! I joined about a year ago and have seen great improvements in my strength and overall athleticism. I definitely recommend Mile High to anybody new or experienced in CrossFit!
