I never gt an inquiry to my emails regarding order status. This isn't just recently but a few years a go as well when there was an order problem. In April I sent 2 emails checking the status of an order that I had placed 2 weeks before with no response. I then called to be told my order had not even been pulled yet, so I canceled it. I was told to wait a couple weeks to reorder because of the recent move. I placed another order 05/27 and still no comics, still no update, still no service. Aaron and Jay are great people, knowledgable and fun to talk with. I look forward to my weekly Wednesday trip to pick up new books. Couldn't ask for a better comic book store, unless it was one where the staff loved Batman as much as me.
I easily give the guys 5 stars. I just wish my budget was a lot bigger :)
