I am very happy to have reached out to Scott. He was extremely helpful and took a lot of time out of his day to walk me through the different options i have. His pricing was extremely fair and reasonable for the labor and he also took the time to drive down and measure the windows and then another time to install the shades. Thank you very much for all your help and you will definitely be my go to for any blinds/shades work and will recommend you to anyone who needs the same.

EDIT: The blind ended up breaking again about a week after Scott fixed it. Scott stood by his work and came out to re-repair it for free. No issues with the blind since!
