Scott does great work, and is excellent at communication. Very refreshing to work with someone who stands by their work and does what they say they'll do. EDIT: The blind ended up breaking again about a week after Scott fixed it. Scott stood by his work and came out to re-repair it for free. No issues with the blind since!
