Reserving a private room was pretty easy and Ana who assisted me was very pleasant to work with even though at times there was a language barrier. The day of was a bit chaotic, but overall everyone was very accommodating. The young ladies that were working the bar however were so rude and had the absolute WORST customer service. To the point some of our guest vowed to never visit again . All of the dancers were worth having my dad's bday party there!
