We also used them for our inspection and I would not use them again. Water damage in the basement was missed. When we moved in we observed the damaged carpet and baseboards. We are currently trying to fix the issue so we’ll see how much that costs us to fix. Mile Hi Inspection completed our house inspection and as first time home owners, we did not realize the gravity of how important it is to get a reputable and honest company. Not only did they not mention specific issues or explain the importance of things such as galvanized pipes, but they missed significant issues regarding plumbing and our sewer system leading us to spend over $40k within 4 years of owning our home.
