VicePresident I have used Mile High for the last 7 years. I have found Dr Smith to be informational and up to date one the latest procedures required for your pet. I had to have our 15 Year old Pug put down 2 weeks ago and the staff was caring and considerate of our needs. I would recommend Dr. Smith to all looking for the best in Pet Care
Dr. Smith wonderful care Dr. Smith and team are absolutely the most loving and carring people. They take such good care of our animals. My son recommended Dr. Smith to me, and I couldn't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Smith and his staff!
RUDE & EXPENSIVE!!! BEWARE OF THIS VET CLINIC!!! The front office is rude, especially "DARLA" and Dr. Smith is so rushed that he doesn't listen to or acknowledge a customer's concerns about their pet and all he wants to do is unnecessary testing for more $$ in his pocket! VET TOO RUSHED & RUDE STAFF We tried for years to have Dr. Smith treat our dogs, but he was always so rushed (a 1-man operation) and seemed to want to do more te$ting than was warranted. One or two of hisfemale front office staff were/are extremely arrogant and disrespectful. Our experiences over the first 4 years of living in Prescott were so unsatisfactory that we left and found a much better vet and clinic in THUMB BUTTE ANIMAL HOSPITAL! For those of you who give MileHi a 5-Star, consider yourselves very lucky.
My experience , my dog lost its sight and eye, unnecessarily I brought my 15 year old dog in the beginning of July,07 because her eye was leaking, red and swollen, After this Vet ran tests, he said it was a bacterial infection. We Had been coming to see this Vet for the last 3 and 1/2 years regularly, since 2004, and her eyes had been clouded and filmed for several years. This Vet NEVER suggested a Pressure Test or possible Glaucoma.
I can not begin to say enough wonderful things about Dr. Smith! I can not begin to say enough wonderful things about Dr. Smith and the staff at Mile Hi animal hospital. I have four dogs and had a sugar glider in the past. Dr. Smith has treated all of them regularly be it routine exams or emergency visits. Ms The care our pets have gotten at Mile Hi Animal Hospital over the past nine years has been wonderful. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Smith has gone the extra mile when emergency needs have come up.
Excellent Clinic Our 2 Russell Terriers and our Scottish Terrier are all treated at the clinic by Dr. Brice Smith. The prices are reasonable and we have had follow up calls by Dr. Smith for all of the various treatments and surgeries over the past 3 years. He helped save our Scottie puppy from a sure death by carefully treating the upper respiratory infection, worms, intestinal parasites, ticks and ant bites which the 6 week old puppy had when we rescued him from an unscrupulous Scottie "broker" in Tollison, AZ.
