Ever since urgent care moved from the er the wait times have grown tremendously. I have come in I have waited for close to an hour just for my appt to last all of 5 minutes. The nurse practitioner is inattentive. She storms in the room and basically tells you what she may have figured out from reading your chart without actually checking the patient out herself. It is quite diminishing. However receptionist is beyond kind!!
Incredible experience! We were in and out in 30 minutes and all staff were so kind and thorough!
My husband injured his finger yesterday. Went to Urgent Care for stitches. The staff were wonderful! Heather Sweeney, APNP is a fantastic provider! So grateful for the exceptional care!!
Personal was very Swift, Kind and Knowledgeable. We were pleased with how ' things went well 😀., we're safely on our way home...
