Every one of the personnel, including the pharmacy, was friendly, helpful, and just plain nice! I don’t see that much anymore.
We went to the new urgent care in Mauston, for confirmation of upper respiratory sickness and UTI. The front desk lady was nice enough, but extremely slow. We were seen by two nurses (Heather and someone else). They must not have kids because their bedside manner could be improved. They weren't great with my two kiddos (8 years and almost 2 years old). They also kept making us repeat everything as if they weren't communicating with one another. They mixed up their patients and requested that my mom give them an urine sample ... read more
We're from out of town, but had a medical emergency. They were the only immediate care open on new years day so BIG plus there. It's very nice inside, newly remodeled. The staff were all super sweet and friendly. Made outsiders feel comfortable and safe. Wish we had similar care down in Illinois.
Came in after a nasty mini bike spill. The staff was so wonderful and got me patched up. Happy to see this in town, and staffed with caring staff.
