Mildred is an amazing colorist and stylist!! She has transformed my hair in such an amazing way in such a short time and it has grown so healthy. I always went to one person for years that used strong bleach to give me the blonde i liked BUT mildred explained to me the damage I had in my strands due to the strong chemicals.
