Made a yp account just to review them. So I decided to call and ask if they sold a product before going, right after I asked they hung up, I called back and said that was mean and they hung up on me again. I'm contemplating going down there and talking to a manager or owner. Maybe I should buy the place just to fire the disrespectful staff...?

Do not go. Please save yourself the trouble. They were horrible. I purchased a flying squirrel and a sugar glider and both animals were completely vicious. When I had called I was told they were 8 weeks old, I came to pick hem up a few days later and the paper says 14 weeks? They told me with time that my critters would grow to like me which was a lie. They are selling wild animals who were never handled therefore you cannot change their nature. They tried to sell e everything, vitamins, over priced food, cheap cage etc. Oth... read more

I would never go anywhere else for any exotic items. If they dont have it they will try to order it for you. I purchased a skunk from them last year and she is WONDERFUL and sweet as pie. I have also purchased 2 chinchillas from them which are both fine. The owner is awesome and I have never worked with someone more patient and someone that spends so much time with both her animals or her customers. I will always be her customer and I recommend EVERYONE i talk to , to use this store

I ordered two baby skunks and I was told they were very sweet. I flew in from out of state, paid over $1,500.00 for both animals and supplies. While driving home I found out the true nature of these animals. For being born 4-25-13 they are quite large and unmanageable. These animals have not been handled enough to make them gentle or mild in nature, if anything they are 'WILD'! They have very little knowledge on Chinchillas. Very pushy when it comes to buying their products. i.e. food and vitamins. Could use some cleaning and the organization was poor. Prices are high on livestock but very competitive with supplies. If I were to give them one piece of advice it would be do more research on the animals that you sell.

They have tons of sugar glider supplys unlike anywhere else. I reccomed shopping here. the only down fall is the place smells bad.:(

Absolutely terrific! The best around, will not purchase reptiles from anywhere else!
