0 STARS. We were excited to move in during the summer and gave a $2100 deposit. We later found out, there was no hot water and we never went through a check-list to make sure everything was in working order...we just assumed it did, HARRY CARR never showed us a checklist or walk thru. We've never rented a commercial place before and I guess they were happy to take advantage of that.
