Been renting storage property from them for years. They are one of the most professional teams out there
0 STARS. We were excited to move in during the summer and gave a $2100 deposit. We later found out, there was no hot water and we never went through a check-list to make sure everything was in working order...we just assumed it did, HARRY CARR never showed us a checklist or walk thru. We've never rented a commercial place before and I guess they were happy to take advantage of that. I had nothing but a great experience working with Milco Development. Harry and Carol were both very professional and very helpful at all times and with all matters. Our business resided at their 910 Striker Ave location for nearly 5 years. When we vacated, we worked with them and acknowledged their expectations.
