This place is horrible IMO. When I moved in, AC was not working (October 2021). Then when fall/ winter rolled around, HEAT was not working. And that went on forever. They’d “fix it” then it’d break again- meaning it was never really fixed. This issue is ongoing. They have a centipede problem also. Exterminators come out and do NOTHING- they like to come when no one is home so you can’t see them do NOTHING! Maintenance is so slow. 80+ degrees in my apt as we speak and I am boiling. Do not move here unless you are fine with not having hot water every 3 days! Imagine coming home from a long day of work on a cold winter day to ice cold water coming out the shower! Several tickets have been submitted to maintenance but issue is still ongoing. It’s very upsetting

So this apartments are well located especially for those who don’t have cars you have train stations nearby, you have a shopping center at some few minutes. I’ve been here for the past years and trust all complains are handled as addressed.
