RecommendedDr. was very knowledgeable. Staff was very friendly and caring. Received compliments on such a sweet dog my Katara is and was able to look over her ears. Highly recommend this place.
I brought my dog in today and sadly was not seen. I called as the note on the window asked. I was placed on hold for a very long time. I got bell out and held her so she didn't get hot in the car. I continued to be on hold. I watched as 3 different ladies came out and went back in never asking if I needed help. Bell was obviously having issues. one even had time to grab her iced coffee and chat with a man in a car. Still standing with my dog in my arms and on hold. I am glad you found care elsewhere. I am the only doctor at the hospital 4/5 days per week. I was already working with a dog hit by a car as well as a full parking lot of appointments and surgery patients. My girls and I work our tails off to help as many as we can, but if it gets to the point where we are too booked to be able to serve you and your animal properly then we sometimes have to refer you elsewhere including the 24 hour emergency hospitals in Yuba City and Chico. Excellent care , very professional. They are open during the pandemic and doing a great job of protecting pets and pet parents.
Dr. Swanson is very knowledgeable and caring. We were so impressed when he performed the surgery for our dog.
Took my German Shepard Sophie in for the first time for shots and to set a spay appointment. They were wonderful with her. She was calm the whole time and loved all the love from the staff. They are super affordable and the cheapest around. ❤️❤️
They give my dogs the best care! I highly recommend them. All staff from front staff to the doctors are amazing!
