This is the best car service and repair shop I have come across since I started driving too many years ago. Another franchised service shop had quoted over $2,000 to replace the front shocks and repair my 12 year old Toyota V8 4 Runner suspension after previously failing to put on rear shocks properly! The high end hydraulic X-Reas suspension/stabilization system is almost impossible to repair or add to. My daughter and grandchildren broke down on the turnpike heading home to Ohio. I have never been to Cranberry and just by chance contacted Milberts to have her Suburban towed for repair. I found the right place they were very helpful and understanding, although they were really busy that day they worked us in and were very fair with the repair cost. I dont normally do reviews but this was a real blessing for my daughter and her children.Thanks to the employees and in particular Jon.
Very Honest, Great Communication and will work with your schedule. Worked with me on price as well. Gave me a loaner vehicle for the day without charging a dime while work was being done on the truck. John the shop manager is very honest, take care of him and he will take care of you. Best car care within 100 mile radius of Cranberry!! – Originally read about Milbert's through online reviews, and every review I read was high praise and 5 stars. Left lug nuts loose – I have gone to Milberts twice, both times for state inspection and emissions. I will never go back. The last time I got my inspection done, they left the lug nuts on one wheel only hand tight. I am very lucky I discovered this on a local back road and not on an interstate. I could have very easily been in an accident due to the incompetence of Milberts Car Care.

I have been going to Milbert's for years and recommend him to everyone! They do good work, are honest and charge reasonable fees. Everything from inspections, to oil changes, tires to mechanical stuff. He won't try to sell you things that you don't need! It's not a fancy chain, but he takes care of what is important and you have the satisfaction of supporting a local business.
Good people, great work. Their HONEST and I trust them. They dont sell you anything you dont need. Will never go anywhere eles again.
