This Napa and the crew inside really went above and beyond for me. Not only did they answer the phone on the first ring, they sprung into action quickly. I am a truck driver, my alternator was going bad and I needed one immediately. I could not move from my spot. So I called and told them I’d be walking from the truck stop to go get the part. I went to buy a bulb for my vehicle, but the customer service representative grabbed the wrong one. When I got to my car, I realized it wasn't the right one. Now they refuse to take it back because it's been opened. They really need to hire knowledgeable professionals for customer service instead of wasting people's time and money. This is such a disappointing experience.
