Trustworthy dealership and shop. That's a gem!
My daughter’s car had an open recall we had to get fixed. I called to set up and they got the parts ordered in right away. I brought it in Thursday morning and their mechanic stayed longer to get it all done before the end of the day. Great customer service! If I find a vehicle there to purchase they will be where I go
Their service is so wonderful. I drive from Watertown to Milbank because I’m not satisfied with our local Ford dealership. I always get excellent service in Milbank. I would recommend them to everyone in Watertown. Well worth the drive to get such excellent service. Gene in service is a wonderful man and very knowledgeable. They also give you a loaner vehicle til yours is fixed.
Always friendly, and always reasonable when it comes to time and cost. Great people!
