Back in 1969, before submarines or “subs” became a trendy household word, Milano’s opened its doors at 1820 Brown Street in Dayton, Ohio. College students and Daytonians alike frequented Milano’s to experience one unforgettable sandwich. Much of the taste buzz came from the unbelievable bread that flanked the fresh ingredients. The founders realized that bread made from scratch right on the premises (beginning at midnight, mind you!) was the real secret to nurturing the appetites of faithful customers

RecommendedBetter than average college restaurant and bar. Tonight was $2 well drinks, so I’m sure it’s the kind of place that gets run over by kids on the regular, but it was clean and well-kept with a good selection, good service, and friendly folks. Recommend.
We eat there quite a bit & its great. today service was slow & food ok but manager made it right for us
food is great service was great beer was cold one of my favorite places if you like pizza I recommend the triple double pizza and spinach artichoke dip with the bread can't go wrong
