I absolutely love Milano Nails Spa and cannot say enough good things about this place. The entire team is wonderful, but the front desk truly sets the tone. Anna and Mason are always so friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating with my schedule. Whether I have an appointment or just walk in, they always make it work and somehow manage to remember me every time. So glad I found this place right by my house literally 2 minutes away! Super clean, great vibes, and everyone was so nice. I’m about to have a baby any day now and the whole team was amazing, from the front desk to the manager (I think) and the techs. Shoutout to Adrianne for my nails and B for my toes you both killed it! Loved everything. And excuse my swollen pregnancy feet 😂 I’ll definitely be back soon. Thanks again! 💙

UPDATE: Dawn truly made up for the last service! My nails were redone - very professional and now I feel the festive spirit in my nails. Dawn even went so far as to make me a custom color. Thank you so much for righting the wrong . She even had her staff call me until they were able to make contact with me . NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I went in my very first time before my vacation to the Bahamas so I was praying that everything would work out. Adrianna did my nails and it was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had. She was very detail oriented and pay attention to every single details. It’s been Two weeks already, going to three and nothing has lifted or fell off. 10/10 would recommend this place over and over again! 🤩

Wanted to take the time to do a before and after review! If you like doing GelX I usually ask for Adrianna, last time I did my nails with Tai and he was also very detail oriented when doing my nails! Every time I go, my nails last me weeks! Ofc if you do pedicures as well I always ask for Thuan, he’s always very attentive when doing services! Got my nails done October 2nd and will be going back this weekend!
