I have loved coming here for some time, but today really caught me off guard. I have been a loyal customer for some time and have loved coming here and it saddens me that they allowed a nail tech to treat me with extreme disrespect. I thought they valued customer service but clearly they do not. It was my first time getting a pedicure here. The tech cut my nails WAY too short and got polish on my SKIN around my nails. I could have and actually do my nails better, and I’m far from a professional. Left a bad taste in my mouth.
