I love them! They always do a great job. Tracy was amazing even though I changed my mind a few times about design and colors !
My first ever experience to get a pedicure and it was phenomenal! Ken Tuan did my pedicure and was so friendly. He helped me chose what to do and was patient with me when I had no clue what to Do. We talked about tattoos and he laughed at me when I was very ticklish. He was just an over all amazing person!!! I'll be coming back!!!!!
edit to add: they refuse to give me a refund even though I communicated with them and let them know how incredibly dissatisfied I was. The nail tech also ruined my clothes by spilling polish on it. This is horrendous and looks nothing like the inspo pic. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift from my aunt that was completely wasted. Never, ever again. I don't even know what happened with my nails. I mentioned multiple times that the color was off, but I paid and left. The after result looked NOTHING like what I asked for. ... read more
