This is my second time going to Milano. They’re very friendly and they do good work, minus one star because they have nicked my cuticles (both visits) to the point of bleeding. I think they were just in a hurry. BUT I was the only one there. I don’t know. I don’t think I’ll give them a third try.
My nails look great and they lasted longer than any other place. have been to. I only gave a four because after they used my toe separators they put back in the drawer that they got them from so I’m wondering if they aren’t reusing them which I found very unsanitary. They were not wrapped up. Every nail salon I have been to has always used a new pair. Even if they are not reusing them, I do think they should be thrown away and not put in there with other items they are using.
