Milano Ink has been our “private stationer” since my daughter was born in 2011, it started with her birth announcement and continued with my son’s. Kim has designed all of our family’s Christmas cards and most recently she created the most epic acrylic Communion invitation. Every guest called (imagine that!) before mailing their RSVP card to tell me how gorgeous the invitation was - I couldn’t have been happier.
Terrible terrible service. First you can’t call. You have to text them and hope they get back to. We picked out and paid for very expensive invitations. After approving them they were printed incorrectly and were done with grammar that you would think was from a 5 year old. Even the address of the reception was wrong. Postage was $6.00 per invitation and we were told they went out early February. April comes around and people had not received their invitations for a June wedding. Kim is absolutely amazing to work with. I have used her for multiple invitations and holiday cards. She has blown me away every single time. She is patient and beyond creative! When my daughter's 1st bday was approaching I knew exactly who I wanted to work with. I came to her with a small idea of what I wanted, and she blew me away with her ideas. Hands down the best and most creative setup I’ve ever seen. Number one: Kim is just a doll. From start to finish it was EASY!!!!
