I would have given a '0' but that is not an option. The staff is incompetent and unprofessional. After a month of waiting for my glasses, they tried to charge me hundreds more after the lady convinced me to get upgrades because they were free. I refused to pay extra for their mistake. I would not have opted for upgrades but the lady working there insisted they were completely covered by my insurance and I would not have to pay more. THE DOCTOR WHO DOES THE EXAMS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, FROM THE WAY HE DRESSES TO THE WAY HE TALKS. OFFICE PERSONNEL NOT VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.
Love these people. I had Laser Vision Surgery yesterday. They were great. The Dr Milano himself called me to ask how I was doing. I would recommend them to anyone.
I don't have any idea what anonymous is talking about. They charge the exact same for contacts as 1 800 Contacts does. Personally I hate Acuvue contacts and love the ones I'm wearing now. I've been using Milano Eyecare for 4 years and couldn't imagine going anywhere else.
not a big selection of glasses. he doesnt like to sell acuvue contacts he would rather sell you the most expensive contacts. I tried the most expensive contacts and didnt care for the feel of them. but he pressed for them. he cares more for money than he does customers
My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Milano since around 1998 and we wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm not sure what problems this other person had, but judging by the lies and the blatant grammatical errors, I wouldn't put too much trust in them. Since February my wife and I have both had Lasik done here and we're both very happy with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Milano and his staff for either contacts/glasses or Lasik. They won't steer you wrong in either case.
the doctor, the doctors 4th wife, and his employees are rude and crude. dont go here.
