Do not order anything from this company if you don’t know your true size. Whoever is in the return department seems to be very dirty. I ordered a jacket for my mother thinking it would fit her and the jacket came out to be 4x bigger than her so I sent it back the next day. Few days later they said the jacket was damaged and worn. Literally looked like someone dropped the jacket . Again, DO NOT! Order from this company if you don’t know your size.

I love to support black businesses, but this is very very very terrible. I have tried to make 3 purchase in the past several days and everytime my order goes through and I get a confirmation number, within 1 minute my order is canceled. I tried to used 4 different types of payment, called my bank (which they said everything was fine on my side) and still the same issue from them. This is sad and this is how businesses fail.
