I order some $100 shorts on 8/1/25 for a concert at the end of the month. It is 8/21/25 and my package is still not here. I tracked it and it was NEVER dropped off at USPS. I tried reaching out through their social medias, email, and business page and can NEVER speak to a human to rectify the situation. Instead I get a generic answer saying I should have purchased warranty protection … BUT THE PACKAGE WAS NEVER DROPPED OFF TO BEGIN WITH!!! I guess it’s a good thing for your company, but everything is always sold out!! I always receive emails about a product, but when I go to purchase said item, it’s SOLD OUT!! Please stop sending emails for sold out pieces. I’ll give this business one more chance to get it together!! Love and blessings!!
I placed an order on 06/30 for a hat with expedited shipping. I received a tracking number the next day, but it still has not updated as of today (07/07). Like others, I tried contacting customer service but received no response. Great line of products but poor delivery execution... do better
