EXPECT THE WORST BY FAR THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE. From the moment I've moved in I've had horrible encounters will the staff. I moved to Houston because of my job. I really should have done my research before I moved in. If I did then I wouldn't be going through what pretty much everyone else that lives here went through. 3rd aparment in 3 years and we found a great place to call home From the onset, The Staff at The Milano have been helpful, attentive and actually followed up with us and because of that and with a promotion we became residents. The space is a very good value, the personnel professional and responsive and the neighbors conscientious and friendly. My car got stolen here The Apartment building is pretty new and nice, and they have a good pool, but other than that, I wouldnt want to stay there again. For one, my car got stolen when it was parked inside the gated community here. The management is allright. They are unneccasarily strict about trivial matters like the color of the curtains and christmas lights.
Not the best This apartment and is management is never concerned about the welfare of the residents. It is a gated community but 9 out of 10 days the doors are open and secuirty is a big issue here. Also the maintenance crew does'nt respond for days at a end sometimes putting us into big inconvience. We moved from the apartment and after a couple of months someone calls us asking us to renew the lease....won't recommend
