I called to ask if a predetermination could be sent to my insurance. The person who answered the phone kept saying “I can’t, I’m the only one here right now, I just can’t do that” without offering any help or alternatives. I understand being shortstaffed, but the tone came off as dismissive and unprofessional. If staffing is an issue, it might be worth addressing.. patients still deserve basic support and respect when calling for help!!!!
Dr. Milano was the best! He made me feel at ease and examined and took care of the issue immediately. Would highly recommend him to anyone who has teeth issues. Thanks again Dr Malino
I had a tooth extracted and was very nervous but Dr. Mazza made me feel comfortable and explained what was going to happen. The extraction was quick and painless. Would highly recommend!
I went to see Dr Milano for an extraction. I was very nervous after a bad experience with another dentist years ago. From the moment I walked in I was treated warmly. The waiting room atmosphere almost makes you feel glad to be there. Thankful for a dentist with a great bedside manner who communicates well with the patient.
