I contacted Milani for routine annual maintenance of my heat pump and air conditioning unit. When the tech arrived? I asked him if he wanted me to turn the air conditioning off while he serviced the unit. He said yes. He worked for about an hour and a half and when he said he was done we went to turn the air conditioning back on and it would not work.
