RecommendedWe had Milanese put up an awning on our deck in the 90’s and we enjoyed it until last year when we had to decide what to do with the deck. Mark designed a beautiful stone patio with a motorized Pergola. It is like having another room by the pool! Excellent work from the design through the construction. A wonderful company!
Was excited to give project to this company (retractable awning and new patio), however they simply stopped showing interest. Was asked if i could be flexible and they could come out when they were in the area on another project - but Wednesday came and I sent a text asking if they were actually going to make it - was told they would try but would definitely come out on Saturday. Mark came out to look at our project which was a roof over our doorway. I called him a few times afterwards for a quote and felt like I was given the run-around. I even asked him to let me know if he was not interested in the job. If he didn't want my business he should have just said so.
Truly the best! They get life and know how to treat customers! I love this company and always will!
