I felt welcomed by the reception/staff. I was then welcomed by Dr. Patel’s assistant Ms. Anita. Welcoming sets the tone of how you will be treated and I was not disappointed. Ms. Anita kept me engaged in gentle conversation as we headed to my setting. Dr. Patel was respectful and thoughtful, using hand sanitizer as he entered the room and before extending a hand shake.
