I love it here! I’ve gotten pedicures here multiple times, and they’ve been great every single visit. They always do an amazing job with the cleaning, massage, and overall care. My feet always feel refreshed afterwards. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and they really take their time instead of rushing. It definitely feels like they care about doing a good job. If you’re looking for a reliable place for pedicures, I highly recommend Milan Nails & Spa!
My experience was awesome. The lady who did my nails (cheetah spot French manicure), was patient and without a doubt gave me the confidence that I could get what i wanted. She was quite patient and out did herself. The workers were receptive and patient with my 3 year old son. It is a clean and welcoming spot, though I wish that most of the workers will speak in a more popular language. It gives an uncomfortable feeling to be among people and feel lost every time they speak.
This is the best nail shop ever and if you ever in the richmond tx area come to this shop. Everyone is so nice and they take their time always. Love love this nail shop. Promise you want be disappointed
