The vast majority of the techs here are incompetent in this field especially when it comes to artificial nails. The only person who knows what they are doing is Trish, but it can be tough getting an appointment with her that works with my schedule. I have tried multiple other techs when I can’t get an appointment with Trish and have been disappointed every single time. My experience today was terrible. I have been coming here for 4 years. I will never be back...first of all, management is extremely rude. When I came in I felt very unwelcome and unwanted. Apparently they were trying to figure out whose turn it was to do a pedicure. It came across as they did not want to take care of me. This place is amazing! Been coming for at least 10 years. I stopped looking for a great nail salon when I found Trish. She listens to what I want and need. She is so sweet! All the girls are great there! Penny is also fantastic and she has a super fun personality! I always pick penny for my friends or family when I want some company :). Best salon in Cypress! Just love them all!
