Anastasia was amazing and so attentive to detail. My manicure and pedicure were perfect!
I would not recommend this salon based on my recent experience. My hands were not washed prior to the nail painting, and the cuticles were trimmed only after the polish was applied. The tools appeared to be shared and not properly sanitized, which raised hygiene concerns. The entire process felt rushed, and the quality of the acrylic dip powder was uneven and unrefined. Worst experience I have ever had. Didn't clean my nails properly, burned my fingers with the drimmel as well as tore up the surface of my nails. Tech got glue on my skin. Had to go home and file the rough edges off of the side of my nails. Techs don't take customer comfort into account. To expensive for the type of service you receive.
Worst experience!!!! Do not recommend! Salon is dirty, dirty utensils, and it's get them in get them out. Had more paint on my toes than on my nails, pedicure looked like absolute crap. Had a fill done also. Nails were not dry, polish looked like crap, they are uneven and she tore the heck outta my cuticles by cutting them with the drimmal instead of doing it right. Did not have me wash my hands before painting, no anything!!! She also completely ruined the shape of my nails.
I've been going here for years they always do an amazing job. Sometimes I let them surprise me with something different.
