Bad office all around! Rude staff and no concern for the patient! Just go somewhere else we need a better practice in Milan.
A well deserved shout-out to Denise, Amanda and Theresa!!! They have been at Milan Medical as long as I have. Even though the Drs. come and go, these 3 are still there. They are an amazing team, and just wanted to know they are greatly appreciated and I recommend them Highly! ☺️Greg Kwiatkowski
Been going here since I was a child and it’s steadily gotten worse and worse. Billing and patient care is hardly worth dealing with anymore. I had an appointment today with my chiro (the only thing worth going for) of several years and received more text reminders than ever before just to arrive and have them try to stick me with someone else. I even called ahead because I heard from a fellow patient he was gone. When I asked if he was in they didn’t say a word about him being gone and said “we can get you in on this day.” A... read more
Very unprofessional to not call prior to my appointment to let me know my provider was no longer in office. Waited until I checked in, self paid and was completely down the hall before informing me that Dr. Blackwood had left to start his own practice. If I had received a call prior to this happening; informing me of the changes in my appointment my view of the deceptive nature of this office would be vastly different.
I honestly can say that the people at this office are the most rude and disrespectful people I have ever met. Every time I’ve called in refills, they never get sent through or refilled. The ladies on the phone are always disrespectful and have an annoyed aura about them. I have called to cancel appointments ahead of time because my prescriber no longer works there and they are just incredibly rude about that.
