These people are very incompetent. They Don't know how to make appointments in the right name, And then when they screw up they don't know how to fix it. Instead they make a new appointment for you to come back a month later. They are seriously a waste of time. Not only that, Calling in prescriptions for Refills, They forget or just don't do it. I can't believe some doctors waste their time at this place.
I have been a new patient there for a couple months now and wow that is all I can’t saw. No one likes to return your calls back when you leaves voicemail and you continue to have to keep calling to get someone to call you back about questions. Sometime when you call you either get someone very nice on the phone or someone super rude. They arent quick about getting back about your refills or if your doctors tells you to call in and let your doctor know you need the dosage upped you never get a call back and have to continue t... read more
We have been attempting to get my daughter's medication refilled for a week. Her provider, Kate Stamer, just moved here and it was the worst decision for her patients. The fact that you can't even speak to a human is unprofessional in every way. Management should have established a much better procedure for Kate's former patients to get their medication. I have never heard good things about this business. And everything we have gone through in the last week only confirms all the rumors.
Dr Davis always helps me feel better. I make appointments once a month & look forward to them every time! Best chiro in the Quad Cities.
Everyone upset in the comments are way off base. These folks have allowed me back twice, after missing five appointments in a year. I have issues with maintaining my schedule, so it was entirely my fault every time, and even after almost letting me go once, I missed another appointment, and the administrator called and talked with me, and made things work. Had I lost my Dr, and had to scramble to find a new one, then I'd be in a bad way. My advice to all the people griping is go check out Robert Young 🤣
