This was my first time seeing Bullar after changing Milan Laser Hair Removal locations, and she was amazing. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. She was super friendly and immediately made me feel comfortable during my appointment. Even though I’ve been with Milan for a while, starting with someone new can feel a little awkward, but Bullar made the experience easy and welcoming from the start. I really appreciated her personality and professionalism, and I’m happy I ended up at this location. Excited for further treatment here!
I am extremely disappointed with the treatment my wife and I received at the Milan Laser location in Wylie. Our appointment was scheduled for 4:30 PM, and we arrived at 4:35 PM. This was the last appointment of the day. When my wife checked in, the employee, Bulla, immediately informed her that because we were five minutes late, she would only perform treatment on her face and would refuse to treat the other areas that are included in our package.
