I’ve finally decided to make the decision to go through with laser hair removal and I’m so happy I chose Milan. The staff is so nice and accommodating!!!
Worst place EVER!!!! They cancel every single treatment on me right before it. My treatments have never once been on schedule the few treatments I did have. I have more hair growth than ever from this place. It is the most unprofessionally run place that I have ever seen. The receptionist did not even have a phone number for me to contact anyone. Good experience IF you can get in for an appointment. Signed up in November and so far only managed to get in for a single session. Appointments are canceled last minute and then you can't get anything for another month. They texted me at 8am today to confirm an appointment, only to have it rescheduled at 1pm for next month at the earliest. Financing is done through a 3rd party, so conveniently they've got their $4k already and I can't stop paying for it regardless of whether or not I actually receive the service.
