This was a very good experience! Danielle was super helpful and answered all my questions and concerns!
I’m disappointed in this location. Treatment on my legs can only happen during the winter and they’ve been closed since mid December. I’m paying for a service that I can’t use! I’ve called several times to see if they have any information on when they will open again all I get is that they are looking for replacements. My concerns were supposed to be escalated to a regional manger 2 times but no phone call back.
So glad Milan has a Dubuque location open now. Save alot of travel time and they were quick, professional and friendly. I would recommend to my friends.
