Very subpar service at times books up over a month in advance. Extremely disorganized called multiple times with messages. Discussed my concerns with both line staff and management staff with no resolution. Their finance company still wants to charge, even though service has been canceled. They are more than happy to charge you for a service not provided. If l could give a zero I would.
Nikki is incredible! This facility is always clean and welcoming. I always have a great experience here. Nikki is personable and always makes me feel comfortable and at ease.
