I was 7 minutes late, arrived at my appointment at 3:17pm for there to be a sign on the door that they were gone and would be back at 4pm. I called and was told their office marked me as a no show and takes breaks at 3:30pm-4pm …and every location handles grace periods differently. I would be more understanding of this if they hadn’t cancelled on me twice before for not having an available nurse on site - one of those times was day of and last minute. I really didn't know much about this, but the staff really walked me through it until I understood what I needed to know. So I had a great experience here
Unfortunately I was not even able to attend my consultation that I had scheduled a month prior because, while I was driving to my appointment I received a message telling me that the manager was sick and that they would need to reschedule... they didn't call to tell me, they texted me 30 minutes before my appointment. Got treated yesterday at this location and the girl didn't use the correct frequency for my type of skin. She burned my skin. I have been treated since 2024 with no issues until yesterday. Very unprofessional service. I'm highly disappointed of this service and I would not recommend it to anyone unless you want to get burned
