When I first started going here, it was great. I love the idea that you can pay for an area and get treatments for life if the hair comes back. My hair certainly keeps coming back. But every time I’ve tried to book an appointment for the last 6 months or so, it’s impossible to get in. Once, I scheduled an appointment 45 minutes from my regular location because the next available appointment wasn’t for months. They texted me the day before saying they were double booked.
