Nikki is absolutely wonderful. She is very attentive to how you are feeling during the appointment and explains what she’s doing so you can be prepared. My appointments always are very efficient.
I have had more than one stead treated and I recommend Milan to anyone thinking of getting laser, I have been coming to the sandy location for a while and they’re always nice and professional! Sam was my tech today, she was great :)

I was super nervous about my first laser treatment at Milan (full legs) but after doing a patch test the week before, I couldn't ask for a better experience today! My tech was super friendly and chatted with me the whole time to keep my mind occupied (You can definitely feel the laser-which was comparable to super quick plucks if you were to go in with tweezers-but there were cold puffs of air being blown on my legs the entire time which felt quite nice).
