I’ve been going to Milan for 3 years now and have treated the same areas the entire time. While, yes, I’ve seen reduction, for the cost, it’s not nearly enough. Additionally, times between appointments can be extended by their frequent cancellations. Often times I go 4 months between appointments. At the start, this company was very difficult to work with. Out of the options presented to us we with had to pay in full up front or finance, which financing wasn't an option because of the toll it would take on our credit, so our option was to pay in full. My biggest hesitation with paying the full amount up front is I'm the one placing all the trust in them since they will already have been paid. I have had a few appointments and they have been great! Really love the laser results. However, I have tried to call and change an appointment and haven’t been able to get to anyone in the last week. Kind of annoyed because they’re the ones that messaged me saying they needed to cancel my appointment. I get put on hold for 35 minutes and the call ends that disconnecting. Kind of annoyed that my laser appointments aren’t being fulfilled due to communication problems.
