Professional staff and comfortable setting :). I have light skin and dark hair. I got Brazilian and armpits done. I’m on treatment 5, and so happy with my results! I would say I have ~80% reduction so far (likely due to dark hair, which is easier to remove). It definitely feels “spicy” (think, pulling back a rubber band and letting it zap you). But, the tech is considerate of pain levels, and the equipment has a cool blast of air which helps with distracting from the pain!
