This is essentially a fraudulent business. They take payment upfront and have cancelled at least 5 appointments on the day of or before, always “provider called out”. The few times I had an appointment, it’s been with different people who openly communicated major staffing issues in this franchise, high turnover of nurses and managers etc. Ultimately, it is bad for customers who pay upfront and are not able to be reliably scheduled and serviced. Everyone is nice and super attentive
Staff are very friendly.
I had an excellent experience at Milan Laser Dedham. I’m usually a client at Framingham, but I had to schedule at Dedham for a touch up, as there wasn’t a schedule available at Framingham. The Dedham location is much bigger, and I believe they have more care provider. My provider was prompt, thorough and very efficient. Front desk was very co operative. Very clean facility with multiple restrooms. Overall I highly recommend, laser hair removal service at this place!
