I have done laser hair removal in the past and they were not as knowledgeable and upfront about the process as much as Milan Laser in Dedham! Dezerae has also made me feel so comfortable through the whole process! The whole team is wonderful!
The office was very spacious,clean and warm. My consult was with amanda. she walked me through the process of what my experience would be Very informative ,knowledgeable and professional yet down to earth and relatable . Plans were beyond affordable for any budget! i was able to have a session the same day which was nice. laser was pain free my tech was maci she made it pain free and professional. No complaints!! From the time you entire the lobby, very friendly staff, so pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Always, very welcoming, willing to work with your schedule, especially during the busy seasons. Dezerae, takes great care of me due to my sensitive skin and pain sensitivity. As an African American, I was very hesitant to get laser treatment but I must say that I am very satisfied with my treatment thus far. No complaints!
