My first time was a breeze, surprisingly! I was very nervous but the RN was very nice and talked me through everything. She explained the process throughly and what she would be doing in every area she was moving to and what I would feel. She made me feel very comfortable and reassured me I was in good hands. I appreciate the kindness and attention to detail.
