I would give Nancy 5 stars. Very professional and friendly. Only reason I'm not giving any stars is because of the horrible bedside manor Kylie has. She does not do my whole face. She barley speaks to me except to ask my name, DOB, and what % do I think of this treatment working? She has been told I was unsatisfied with her not doing certain areas like my cheek bones and my lower lip. I was told to shave my whole face for this treatment. Their service is not bad, but these locations in Massachusetts have a TERRIBLE management. They keep cancelling appointments because they don't have providers. They mess up with your schedule and don’t care about it, while you’re paying them a lot of money per month (if you fall into their “deal”) without being able to get an appointment in 2+ months. I would suggest that if you live in Boston area, just look for other laser hair removal places, because Milan it’s very expensive and not worth it.
Jacky was taking care of me today at my first consultation. She was extremely personable and answers all my questions and concerns. Jacky did a great job at thoroughly explaining the process of laser hair removal and corrected any misinterpretation that I had surrounding my IPL experience. I left the facility feeling like I will be in good hands. Looking forward to seeing my results :)
Kylie is the best!! I have seen her multiple times now and highly recommend her!! She is so friendly, efficient, good at what she does and explains everything well. Kylie makes sure that your are comfortable and taken care of!!! Highly recommend her Nancy at the Revere location is also very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! She is great with scheduling and making sure everything is booked right. Had a great experience today! Recommend their services and customer service!!
