Came in for a consultation because prices weren't listed online. Asked about pricing, and the consultant kept dodging the question, asking for information, and more or less just moving goalposts. Friendly demeanor apart from the demeaning nature of setting up a personalized plan. They ask for credit information, tell you it's just a soft pull if you voice concerns about that, and in the fine print you find out that the creditor is doing a hard pull. That was my limit.
