I had many treatments several years ago! I had great results! everyone was amazing that worked there. today I went in for a touch up and was turned away for having a slight tan from over a month ago! this would have never happened before! I’m quite upset that i was turned away after i waited over month for an appointment and was rescheduled by them at the last moment to a very inconvenient time and had to miss work!
The ladies who do the lasting are so knowledgeable and will look out for you as you go through your hair loss journey. Never had a bad experience there and the hair loss is substantial!
I had a much better experience at this location. Jasmine was an excellent provider who made me feel genuinely seen, heard, and comfortable throughout my visit. Everything went smoothly, and I had no issues during my appointment. Based on this experience, I’ll definitely be making this my primary location moving forward.
