I’ve been going to this location for about 14 months. Everyone, and I do mean everyone, has always been courteous, kind, engaging. I used to think I would HATE this process and put it off for years and years. I wish I hadn’t because my experience with Milan-Decatur has been wonderful. I’ve seen some reviews mention issues with scheduling, but it’s not a business’ responsibility to be available to a consumer 24/7.
