While there were some appointment cancellations for a period of time, as noted in earlier reviews, the team made a genuine effort to reschedule as efficiently as possible. It’s understandable that cancellations can be frustrating, but it’s important to recognize that these issues were not the fault of this specific location. I started going to Milan a year and a 1/2 ago. My experience was amazing! The nurses working on me took their time, were friendly, and I saw results. Ever since ownership changed it is so hard to get into & my most recent visit the person went so quickly making me worry my area was not properly treated. Hoping this was a one off.... I've paid a lot of money.

If you like getting half of your appointments canceled by them? Great place. They never have a provider available on the days that they schedule you. Good luck! Sorry. Had to move it down to one star. Horrible.
